Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

West Coast Stock Transfer, Inc. (“West Coast Stock Transfer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a stock transfer agent registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, westcoaststocktransfer.com, and our online shareholder, issuer, and proxy voting portals (together, the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. We collect personal information when you choose to give it to us, for example when you submit a form on the Site, sign in to an online portal, vote a proxy, or contact us. Depending on the service, this may include:

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • Your Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number
  • Bank account details used to pay dividends or other distributions
  • Information about your shareholdings and account history
  • Proxy control numbers and voting instructions
  • The content of messages and requests you send us

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate and secure the Site.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Maintain shareholder records and process transfers, issuances, and other transactions
  • Provide proxy voting and annual meeting services on behalf of the companies we serve
  • Pay dividends and other distributions
  • Verify your identity and protect against fraud and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including tax reporting, anti-money-laundering, and state unclaimed property laws

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes. We share personal information only as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, including with:

  • The company (issuer) whose securities you hold, for which we act as transfer agent
  • Service providers who help us operate our business and are required to keep your information confidential
  • Government agencies and regulators, including state unclaimed property administrators, when required by law
  • Courts, law enforcement, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or court order, or is necessary to protect our rights or the security of our systems

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Our public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our online portals use session cookies that are needed to keep you securely signed in; these expire when you close your browser. If you set your browser to refuse cookies, you can still view the public website, but you may not be able to sign in to the online portals.

Third-Party Tracking and “Do Not Track” Signals

We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site, and we do not use advertising or tracking technologies. Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when those fonts are loaded.

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, our Site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we review our security policies and procedures periodically. We may require proof of identity before releasing account information, in addition to any password used to access our online services, and repeated failed sign-in attempts may result in an account being locked. No method of transmitting or storing information over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Reviewing and Updating Your Information

Registered shareholders can view account information through the Shareholder Login. To update your address or other account information, or to ask about the personal information we hold about you, please contact us. Some changes require a signed written request; the forms are available on our Shareholder Forms page.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

Links to Other Websites

The Site contains links to websites operated by others, such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will note them prominently on this page.
