Shareholder Services

A stock transfer agent is an unbiased intermediary between an issuer and its shareholders. Our main roles include issuing and cancelling stock certificates to reflect ownership changes, act as an intermediary for the company, handle lost or destroyed certificates, and assist with restriction removals. These important roles allow us to better address shareholder needs.

Shareholders can access up-to-date position reports via the Shareholder Login on this site.
